Biomass pellet production equipment operates in high-temperature, dusty environments for extended periods. To address heat dissipation challenges in high-dust environments, existing air-cooled asynchronous motors often require larger cooling fans. This increased fan noise further complicates the production environment. LEOG water-cooled motors eliminate the need for cooling air, reducing dust emissions. Furthermore, most heat is dissipated by water, lowering the ambient temperature in the workshop. These motors have proven popular with end customers since their initial trial.
