The 2023 CIM Hybrid Manufacturing Annual Conference was successfully held in Wujiang, Suzhou as scheduled. The event gathered over 800 professionals including production managers, R&D specialists, equipment suppliers, and marketing executives from compound manufacturing enterprises. Participants conducted in-depth discussions on multiple topics including compounding processes, cost reduction/efficiency improvement, masterbatch optimization, additive innovations, and high-temperature polymer R&D, generating enthusiastic industry response.

Meanwhile, 87 exhibitors gathered at the event, presenting a comprehensive procurement ecosystem spanning raw materials, additives, and main/auxiliary equipment. This enabled attendees to gain in-depth understanding and engage in productive discussions about application scenarios, technical features, and development trends of various supporting products throughout the three-day conference.

At the September 15 forum session, Mr. Pan Zhirong, a senior industry expert consultant, presented his keynote speech titled "Strategies and Technical Transformation Essentials for Co-Rotating Twin-Screw Extruders in the Post-Pandemic Era". His presentation delivered a rigorous review and in-depth analysis of the critical selection methodology for compounding equipment configuration.

As the core production equipment for modified plastics and masterbatch manufacturing, co-rotating twin-screw extruders fundamentally determine product quality, production capacity, specific energy consumption, and unplanned downtime duration in compounding and pelletizing processes. With China's increasingly stringent requirements for green manufacturing, the compounding industry is now on the verge of a new wave of technological upgrades for twin-screw extrusion systems.

In the report, Mr. Pan Zhirong emphasized the relevant experience of twin screw strong power selection in combination with the characteristics of Leog Motors' water-cooled permanent magnet motor to solve various application pain points in the end user field, and focused on the trend of Leog Motors' water-cooled permanent magnet motor in the industry of blending twin screw extruder, and gave a high evaluation and cause analysis.

For years, Leog Motors has been dedicated to upgrading and transforming advanced motor technology experience from the automotive industry for application in other industrial machinery sectors. This initiative is set to inject new vitality into the co-directional parallel dual improvement, achieving remarkable development and positive application outcomes. Currently, industrial water-cooled permanent magnet motors cover a full power range of 37-630KW.

In the future, Leog Motors will continue to intensify R&D efforts, enhance the competitiveness of its products, and persistently provide the plastics machinery industry with more precisely matched and higher-performance water-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motors, injecting new momentum into the development of the synthetic materials industry.
