As the spring breeze brings warmth and all things take on a new look, a grand annual event under the theme "Gather Momentum for Innovation, Unite as One for the Future" was ceremoniously inaugurated on February 7. All colleagues of LEOG Motors and specially invited guests gathered joyfully, reviewing their hard-won achievements amidst laughter and applause, and jointly outlining the future blueprint through song and light.

Keynote Speech

Mr. Ren Huaixun, General Manager of LEOG Motors, took the stage to deliver a speech, leading the audience in revisiting the glorious achievements of 2025. Guided by the strategy of "Expanding in New Energy, Strengthening in Niche Markets," the company achieved substantial growth in its business performance, maintained the health of key indicators, and solidified the foundation for high-quality development.

In the export markets for new energy mining trucks and commercial vehicles, LEOG Motors has become the most trusted standard choice for customers. In niche areas such as industrial high-efficiency energy-saving motors, commercial central air conditioning, and data center cooling, LEOG products have joined the ranks of leading international premium brands, with its brand influence continuously rising. With the growing maturity of its large-scale production and operations system, the company has established an efficient model accommodating the coexistence of multiple product varieties and large, medium, and small batch sizes. During the year, the company also successfully completed a new round of financing, laying a solid foundation for its entry into the capital market and its leap into a new stage of development.

Looking ahead to 2026, Mr. Ren emphasized that LEOG will continue to anchor itself to the strategic direction of "Expanding in New Energy, Strengthening in Niche Markets," going all out to achieve the "Three Number Ones" in the new energy and niche market sectors: top market share among mid-to-high-end customers, top brand awareness, and top customer satisfaction. The company will strengthen lean management, increase R&D investment, deepen benchmarking initiatives, and improve internal control and ESG systems. By adhering to a long-term philosophy and unwaveringly pursuing "what is difficult but right," the company will drive the dual upgrade of products and management through solid effort.

The year 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of LEOG Motors. Mr. Ren called upon all colleagues and partners to stand shoulder to shoulder, strengthen confidence, and pool their efforts to jointly compose a magnificent chapter for the future, striving to build LEOG Motors into a brand enterprise that is the first choice for customers and a benchmark for the industry.

Wonderful Performances 

The gala officially commenced to the cheerful melody of Happy New Year and the stirring rhythm of The Most Beautiful Sun. A rich variety of performances blossomed like a garden of a hundred flowers, each more splendid than the last, fully showcasing the versatile talents and vibrant spirit of the LEOG team. 

The melodious and affectionate song Apple Fragrance seemed to carry the wind and aroma from the foot of the Tianshan Mountains to the riverside towns south of the Yangtze River. Graceful dance movements swayed with exotic charm, bringing the gala to a climax and drawing thunderous applause from the audience.

The sketch Safe and Sound skillfully embedded the serious theme of workplace safety into a backdrop of laughter and joy, educating through entertainment and prompting deep reflection.

There were also dazzling singing performances with guitar accompaniment, soulful and impassioned poetry recitations, charming classical dances, witty and humorous comedic skits, and other spectacular performances, each telling the story of the lively souls and talents of the LEOG team beyond their rigorous work.

At the annual gala, the most heart-pounding moment was undoubtedly the lucky draw. As each prize level was announced, waves of excitement swept through the venue. Generous prizes and a high winning rate brought abundant New Year's luck to everyone. The ingeniously designed "mystery box draw" added layers of suspense, instantly igniting the passion of the crowd as cheers and applause merged into an ocean of joy.
