From September 15 to 20, 2026, the 72nd IAA TRANSPORTATION will be held at the Hannover Exhibition Centre in Germany. With the theme “We Deliver”, this edition of the exhibition highlights the shift from technological vision to practical delivery.
LEOG Motors returns to Hannover with its product portfolio, including meticulously crafted spare parts, classic complete units and newly launched products, demonstrating to the global commercial vehicle industry the solid strength of China’s new energy electric drive technology.

This marks LEOG Motors’ return to the exhibition following its debut participation in 2024, with comprehensive upgrades across its products and technologies. The hairpin winding technology platform has undergone continuous iteration and matured, establishing serialized capabilities covering multiple standard platforms including 230, 260, 388 and 445. A full range of classic and newly launched products will be showcased, such as wheel hub motors, oil-cooled motors, high-speed motors, coaxial dual motors, hybrid generator-motor systems and axial flux motors. The company will present to partners at home and abroad the practical implementation of its technical achievements across diverse application scenarios.

After two years of intensive development, LEOG Motors has achieved rapid technological advancement and built a full-chain technical layout spanning from theoretical research to mass production.
In terms of forward design
It has established a multi-physics coupling simulation system and introduced intelligent algorithms for global automatic optimization of stator and rotor slot geometries and pole shapes.
In terms of reliability-specific technologies
It innovates cooling channel design, develops high-precision shaft current testing solutions, and accumulates structural patents for sediment ingress prevention, condensate accumulation control, and high-vibration-resistant resolver mounting.
In terms of materials and processes
On the materials and process front, low-core-loss high-grade silicon steel sheets, new-generation rare-earth permanent magnets and die-cast aluminum alloy housings are adopted. Combined with hairpin winding technology, the motor achieves a torque density exceeding 28 Nm/kg. Modular platform design is implemented to enable rapid derivation of various power ratings.
At the booth, transparent housings and cutaway models are deployed to visually demonstrate the internal winding structure of hairpin stators, the layout of cooling channels and the principles of integrated design. This transforms technical "black boxes" into intuitive visual experiences. Multiple OEMs and system integrators from across the globe stopped by for in-depth exchanges. They discussed topics including dual-motor drive solutions for mining trucks and independent control strategies for wheel-side motors, and gave positive feedback on LEOG Motors’ product reliability verification, adaptability under extreme operating conditions and customized platform capabilities.

From its debut appearance to this return showcase, LEOG Motors has accomplished a dual leap over two years. What it presents is not only products, but system-level solutions; what it delivers is not merely technologies, but forward design capabilities. Keeping pace with the world and advancing with industry trends, LEOG Motors will continue to anchor itself in the new energy commercial vehicle motor segment. Together with global partners, it will fuel the surging wave of commercial vehicle electrification.
