Deepening APQP Implementation, Strengthening Quality Control at Source LEOG's APQP Specialized Training Successfully Concluded

To continuously enhance quality management throughout the product lifecycle and strengthen cross-departmental collaborative development capabilities, LEOG recently organized a specialized training program on "Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)". The session was led by an invited expert, with participation from over 50 employees across departments including Quality, Engineering, Marketing Headquarters, and Technology Center.
The purpose of this training is to deepen the understanding of the standards and the differences between the old and new versions of APQP. During the training, the trainees had an in-depth study of the main changes such as "adjustment of the overall framework, new procurement principles, deletion of feature matrix diagrams, new checklists, risk assessment mitigation plans, and strengthening node management".
Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise, and this APQP training not only updates and reshapes the company's quality culture, but also brings more accurate tools and methods to realize the integrated application of core tools such as APQP/CP/FMEA/PPAP.
In the future, LEOG will continue to promote the in-depth application of quality management tools, build a solid line of defense for the quality of the whole life cycle of products through standardized and systematic process construction, and inject strong impetus into the improvement of market competitiveness and the upgrading of customer satisfaction.
